Step 1
The only way to help others is to make sure you are ok first. How do you know that you are doing ok? What are the physical signs? How do you talk and think? Find at least 3 memories of when you were ok.
Step 2
Sometimes a healer needs rest, sometimes someone to listen. Which friends help recharge you? What are beliefs that they have in common?
Step 3
Now that we know what healthy looks like we can find out how to stay there. What do some of your favorite people do to care for themselves?Name one specific thing you could do today and tomorrow to take care of yourself.
Step 4
After trying it for a couple of days, what have you noticed? Try it for three more days if it works! If not, what else can we try?
Step 5
You have the ability to take care of yourself! How do you feel about the effort you've been putting in?
Step 6
It's time for this to become a way of life. You are important. You can heal better when you are on a path of healing. Keep choosing this path!
