Ninjas don’t wish upon a star, they throw them. ~ Jarius Raphel.

Step 1

You are mighty, but the strongest aren't just strong, they are skilled. It's time to build the skill of communication! What are phrases you say about yourself that your family and friends understand?

Step 2

Sometimes a ninja needs to fall back and rest, sometimes they need backup from fellow ninjas. When have you been able to share your feelings so that people understand? What can you relate feelings to that others might understand?

Step 3

Now it's time to target your greatest weakness and conquer it! What feeling takes you over the most? Find it, feel it. What does it feel like? What are the different ways to describe it?

Step 4

When you are a ninja, speed of communication is important. Practice 5-15 finding the feeling and explaining it in three sentences or less, make sure to include what you need at the end.

Step 5

You have the ability to speak up for yourself in a way people understand. How does it feel to have the tools to talk about your feelings? How do you feel about your ability to communicate?

Step 6

Being a ninja means practice, so make sure you practice this skill a few more times so it's ready to use in the battlefield! You can set a goal for doing it tomorrow and the next day!
