Step 1
Alright Soldier, you and your squad have to be united. They need to know when to support you and when to get you off the field, you aren't much use to anyone dead. Who understands your needs?

Step 2
When have you been able to share your feelings so that people understand? The generals and your fellow soldiers need to know when you are shutting down or about to explode. What can you relate feelings to that others might understand?

Step 3
Now it's time to target your greatest weakness and conquer it! What feeling takes you over the most? Find it, feel it. What does it feel like? What are the different ways to describe it?

Step 4
When you are a soldier, speed of communication is imperative. With bullets firing there isn't time for extra words. Practice 5-15 times finding the feeling and explaining it in three sentences or less, make sure to include what you need at the end.

Step 5
You have the ability to speak up for yourself in a way people understand. How does it feel to have the tools to talk about your feelings? How do you feel about your ability to communicate under pressure?

Step 6
Being a soldier means practice, so make sure you practice this skill a few more times so it's ready to use in the battlefield! You can set a goal for doing it tomorrow and the next day!
